About Our Products

All products sold on Ayuvacare Aushadhi are Ayurvedic proprietary medicines formulated under REGD. No: 14330 by Dr. Arjun Bawa, Bawa's Centre of Modern Ayurveda, Amritsar.

These products are intended to support health and wellbeing through Ayurvedic principles. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not a replacement for medical treatment prescribed by a qualified physician.

Use of Products

All medicines should be used as directed by Dr. Arjun Bawa or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Self-medication without professional guidance is not recommended especially for patients with Kidney Disease, Liver Cirrhosis, Diabetes, or any chronic condition.

Never stop your prescribed allopathic medicines without consulting your doctor. If you experience any adverse reaction after using our products stop immediately and contact Dr. Arjun Bawa at +91 83609 86081.

Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation by us a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Pricing

All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honored at the price at time of ordering.

Intellectual Property

All content on shop.ayuvacare.com including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and formulation names are the intellectual property of Bawa's Centre of Modern Ayurveda. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Ayuvacare Aushadhi and Dr. Arjun Bawa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.

Results from Ayurvedic treatment vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from use of our products.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Amritsar, Punjab.
