Step 1 — Book a Consultation
Before ordering any medicine we strongly recommend booking a consultation with Dr. Arjun Bawa. During your consultation Dr. Bawa will review your current blood reports, assess your condition, and recommend the right medicine and dosage for your specific situation.
In-clinic consultations are available at 13-B, Kashmir Avenue, Batala Road, Amritsar. Online consultations are available for patients from Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Delhi and across India.

Step 2 — Order Your Medicine
Once you have your prescription from Dr. Bawa, place your order directly on shop.ayuvacare.com. Select your medicine, add to cart, enter your delivery address, and complete payment through Razorpay — accepting all major UPI, cards, and net banking options.
You will receive an order confirmation on your registered email and WhatsApp immediately after placing your order.

Step 3 — Receive at Home
We dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery across India takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Step 4 — Track Your Progress
Ayurvedic treatment works best when progress is monitored through blood reports. Depending on your condition Dr. Bawa will advise you to get Creatinine and Urea for kidney conditions, SGOT and SGPT for liver conditions, and HbA1c for diabetes at regular intervals. Share your reports with Dr. Bawa during follow-up consultations to adjust treatment as needed.

Step 5 — Reorder or Follow Up
When your medicine is about to finish book a follow-up consultation with Dr. Bawa before reordering. Your dosage or formulation may be adjusted based on your latest reports and progress.
