Shipping Policy
We ship all orders pan-India through trusted courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 working days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be shared on your registered email and WhatsApp number once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free Shipping: Orders above a specified value qualify for free shipping. Current free shipping threshold is displayed at checkout.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ayuvacare.com or WhatsApp +91 83609 86081. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns Policy
Ayurvedic medicines are consumable health products. Due to the nature of the products we are unable to accept returns once the order has been dispatched.
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases. The product received is different from what was ordered. The product received is damaged or broken. The product received is expired at the time of delivery.
In all above cases please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons. Change of mind after ordering. Mild variation in color or consistency of natural herbal products — this is normal and does not indicate quality issue. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
