Tab. B Press is an Ayurvedic proprietary tablet developed by Dr. Arjun Bawa at Bawa’s Centre of Modern Ayurveda, Amritsar. It contains concentrated extracts of twenty classical herbs chosen for their documented cardiovascular, hypotensive, adaptogenic, and nervine properties.
In Ayurveda, hypertension is understood as Raktagata Vata — Vata Dosha that has become aggravated within the blood channels (Raktavaha Srotas), causing turbulent, forceful blood flow. It is often accompanied by Pitta excess driving heat and inflammation in blood vessels, and Kapha obstruction creating resistance to blood flow. Tab. B Press addresses all three Dosha dimensions of hypertension simultaneously.
